Pseudo-wheel

Pseudo-wheel --- псевдо-колесо.

The pseudo-wheel consists of a cycle graph on [math]\displaystyle{ 2n }[/math] vertices with [math]\displaystyle{ n }[/math] additional edges connecting vertices on the opposite sides of the cycle.
