Cone over a graph --- конус над графом.

The cone over a graph [math]\displaystyle{ G }[/math] is the graph [math]\displaystyle{ K_{1} \nabla G }[/math] obtained from [math]\displaystyle{ G }[/math] by adding a vertex adjacent to all vertices of [math]\displaystyle{ G }[/math].
