Balanced circuit

Balanced circuit — сбалансированный цикл.

A balanced circuit in a hypergraph is a circuit [math]\displaystyle{ (x_{1}, E_{1}, \ldots, x_{k}, E_{k}) }[/math] such that either [math]\displaystyle{ \,k = 2 }[/math] or there is an incidence [math]\displaystyle{ x_{i} \in E_{j} }[/math], where [math]\displaystyle{ j \neq i, i-1 }[/math] and [math]\displaystyle{ (i,j) \neq (1,k) }[/math].
